Despite careful product control, it can happen again and again that you are not satisfied with the goods, that you do not like the goods or that you no longer need them.
Of course, FK Automotive offers you that you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and send the goods back to us.
How to do this Very easily:
1. Write us an email to info@fk-automotive.de with your revocation
2. You need the invoice number for the return, as the customer and invoice data can only be checked using the invoice number.
What else you need to know:
1. If the package shows any transport damage, report this immediately to the DHL branch in the vicinity and have them confirm it.
2. FK only takes back goods that have been purchased directly from FK. Goods that have been obtained elsewhere can only be processed through the respective specialist dealer.
3. If goods are sent back to us that were not obtained DIRECTLY from us, we will charge a flat rate of 25 euros and will send the goods back to you at your expense.
We ask for your understanding. Unfortunately, there have been customers in the past who have sent us rims without packaging and only with an address label. The customer complained about scratches in the rim base.
When we got the rims, we could hardly see the rim because of the scratches. Therefore, please always handle goods that you send back to us as carefully as possible.
There have also been cases where customers have sent us the goods by courier.
We always try to act in the interests of the customer.
