How can I best reach the FK team?

The best way to contact the FK team is by email. However, due to the high demand, it may take 1-3 days for a reply. It goes without saying that it is our primary goal to send you the answer on the same day. You can reach us by phone Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturday you can reach us from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Can I also reach the FK team by phone?

You can contact FK Automotive by phone from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. You are also welcome to order a callback by e-mail. FK Automotive will be happy to call you back quickly and free of charge. Remember that depending on the phone volume, up to 4 hours can pass! FK Automotive always tries to contact you as quickly as possible.


Factory collection


I am near Backnang and want to pick up my items. Is this possible ?

FK has a very large logistics facility at its Backnang location and is designed to send large quantities of products quickly. You still have the option of picking up your goods if you order the goods by 11:59 a.m. and pay directly in the online shop using PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay or credit card. The goods are then prepared for collection for the following day. Print out the order confirmation and then pick up the goods directly from our logistics center in the pick-up room! Give the order confirmation to the warehouse technician. He will then hand over the goods to you accordingly. Take into account that we don't have an exhibition. It is purely a factory collection! The opening times of the logistics center are from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. On Saturday there is a collection option from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Does FK have an exhibition where I can see the parts?

Unfortunately, FK Automotive does not have an exhibition but only a factory shop with extensive advice. FK Automotive supplies around 20,000 specialist dealers in over 90 countries and exhibits the products primarily at their specialist dealers. Availability of goods in the shop


How can I tell if the goods are available?

FK Automotive has one of the largest logistics centers in Europe in the tuning industry. All products marked "Immediately available" are available immediately.

This means that if you order by 11:59 a.m., the products will be sent to the customer on the same day at 5 p.m.

This only applies to articles for which no different delivery time is specified for the product.

There are a large number of mail order companies who display 80,000 items and more products in their shop. However, these companies do not operate a large logistics center and as a rule they do not order the products from their suppliers until you have placed the order and probably paid for it.

The big problem, however, is that if that supplier can't deliver, you have to run after your money.

You can only order items in our online shop that are available. You now have the option to look at the items that are not available and have an email sent to you when this item is available again. You can then still decide whether you want to order the item or not.

I saw an article yesterday as deliverable and is it no longer available today?

Thousands of items leave the FK logistics centers every day and 10,000 new and reordered items arrive every month.
If an item has a yellow delivery status, very few are available.
Do not hesitate, because there is a possibility that it will take up to 3 months before the item will be available again. Coilovers and wheel spacers are produced at the Backnang site and are available again within a few days or even overnight.

Can I make a reservation for goods when they are available again?

The new service at FK is that you can now reserve items that have been sold out or news without obligation. You will then be automatically informed that the articles are now accordingly available again.
You can then consider whether you want to order these items. You will then be among the first in Europe to receive these NEW or sold out items accordingly. Sometimes it is also the case that only very few quantities are available.
Therefore, secure your desired item with the non-binding reservation function and be one of the first in Europe to be able to order these items.

Does FK actually have more than 10,000 different items with a quantity of over 1,000,000 in stock?

That is the big difference to the many other tuning shops. The articles shown in the shop of FK are updated several times a day for their delivery status .
In many other online shops, products are only listed. If these are now ordered and paid for by an interested party, the provider orders the products from the supplier. If you are lucky, the supplier can send the goods to the supplier. However, if you are unlucky you will not receive the goods because the supplier cannot deliver either. FK works completely independently here. At FK there are over 10,000 different items in stock and if you order before 11:59 a.m., the items will be shipped across Europe on the same day at 5 p.m.

If the order is placed by 11:59 a.m. on the same day by 5 p.m., is the FK correct?

Yes, FK Automotive, based in Backnang (Germany), has its own high-tech logistics center. FK Automotive stores up to 16,000 pallets in high-bay storage systems.
All processes at FK are coordinated so that the forwarding agents can pick up the finished goods at 5 p.m. As a result, FK Automotive has optimized all shipping routes of shipping service providers such as DHL / DPD and the Dachser shipping company accordingly.
The packages and pallets are already on their way to you at night. In order to achieve this pick-up time, orders are processed accordingly at 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. and the forklift routes are optimized with the help of a computer. Therefore, orders can only be sent on the same day if we have received them online by 11:59 a.m.



Shipping and shipping costs


Are the shipping costs in Germany really that cheap?

Yes! FK Automotive has very good business contacts with the individual shipping service providers due to the high shipping volume.
This allows FK special conditions for shipping costs to be granted, which we of course pass on to our customers. Therefore, it is sometimes cheaper to ship directly from Germany, for example to Great Britain, France or Spain, than if the goods are sent domestically by one of our dealers.

Does FK ship the products worldwide?

Yes, FK sends the goods worldwide. If you live outside of Europe and would like to have the goods delivered there, but the shipping costs shown in the online shop seem too high, select "Pick-up" and contact the FK service staff.
In the first step, it is important that your products are reserved with FK accordingly. This is only possible with a completed order.
In the next step, the FK clerk will determine the cheapest transport route and provide you with a transport offer.
Alternatively, you are welcome to ask your regional shipper to collect the goods from us. You then have the choice whether you want to accept the freight offer from your service provider or from FK.

The goods that have just been delivered have been damaged in transit, what now?

If you can already see damage to the package, you must have the delivery person acknowledge it and inform the FK service team.
Check the package / pallet immediately for completeness. If you do not notice any transport damage until after receipt, contact your local post office / DHL and have a record drawn up there.
We can only carry out further processing with this written record. If you are shipping with DPD or the Dachser shipping company, contact the FK service team.
Do not make any changes to the packaging or the products. Under no circumstances should you throw away the packaging.
Please note that if you do not comply with this, liability is excluded.

Is my package insured?

Yes, every package is insured.

I have received goods and would like to return them, how do I do that?

Please look specifically at the item returns in the customer information center. There you can also print out a return slip and a return sticker from DHL.

Service and right of return before & after the order


I would like to order, but still have questions?

With FK you always have a right of withdrawal of 14 days for the purchased goods.
Check whether the product descriptions given in the item description match your vehicle.
If you are not sure, contact the FK specialists and provide the relevant vehicle data.

I have ordered but would like to change something?

In this case, speed is of the essence.
Send an email to the FK customer center or give us a call. The orders are processed at FK at 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 a.m. These changes must be made by this time.
Otherwise it is no longer possible to incorporate your desired changes. As soon as your order is being processed in the logistics center, the order can no longer be changed.

Can I tell if my order has been successfully submitted?

Hundreds of tuning enthusiasts order in the FK online shops every day and the procedure is very simple. After filling the shopping cart, click the "Order" button. First you have to enter your address details and then select your preferred payment option.
In the next step you then have the option of choosing how you would like the goods to be delivered. You have the option to change your order in terms of the items and the quantity at any time.
In the next step you get to the payment. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You do not have to send us this order confirmation by email.
Please check the order confirmation for correctness.
If an error has crept in, please inform our service staff. Remember that with FK you always have a 14-day cancellation period for the purchased goods.

Why would FK want to have given my phone number?

All orders are checked again at FK. If something is unclear, you will be called by FK accordingly. Much has to be clarified by email, but it is quicker if FK contacts you. Therefore the phone number is required. Of course, you will not receive any advertising calls or the like from FK, but only a call if something is inconsistent.

I have a technical problem?

We kindly ask you to take into account that this service is only available to FK customers. We have a team of specialists in tuning who are happy to help you. Especially if there are installation problems or the like. FK always recommends that the installation be carried out by a specialist workshop. It is very difficult to diagnose remotely. It is therefore important that you describe the problem as precisely as possible and, ideally, document it with pictures and send it to the FK specialists.
However, no processing can take place without giving the invoice number. If you have purchased products from specialist dealers, please contact your specialist dealer. Due to time constraints, this service is only available to direct FK customers. We ask for your understanding.

How long is the FK money back process?

The money back is 14 days after the invoice date.

How do I get the amount of the returned products back?

You will receive the purchase price back as you paid it to us. If you have paid this via PayPal, as an example: You will receive it back on your PayPal account.

I have an FK product, it is defective but I don't have an invoice?

You will of course receive a replacement from us.
Without a direct invoice from FK, the replacement delivery of individual parts can only be made against reimbursement of costs. If you purchased the goods from an FK specialist dealer, the specialist dealer must process the goods as our contractual partner.

What payment options do I have?

With FK you have all common payment options available for payment. FK Automotive is also not a fan of additional costs and therefore recommends that you always do without cash on delivery (only possible in Germany). Here is an overview of the current payment options:

TÜV certificate / part certificate / ABE / EEC


The parts certificate / ABE was not included in the package?

It can happen that the parts certificate / ABE / EEC operating permit is not sent with the product.
Use our contact form and request the missing reports.
It is essential that you include your invoice number and the exact vehicle data in accordance with the mandatory fields. If required, we will send you the parts certificate / ABE / EEC operating license as a PDF document by email.

I have an FK product and need a parts certificate, I am neither a customer of FK nor did I purchase the product directly.

In this case, always contact the specialist dealer who purchased the parts from us. If you have bought the parts used or the items are installed in your vehicle and you need the parts certificate / ABE / EEC operating permit, you still have the option of applying for a parts certificate / ABE from us.
In this case, we have to carry out an extensive internal check based on the ISO and quality guidelines to determine whether the part is also suitable for your vehicle. Therefore, we need your vehicle data such as vehicle manufacturer, vehicle model, vehicle type, year of construction and engine as well as the data about which FK part it is.
Unfortunately we cannot provide this service for free. We therefore charge a cost of EUR 29.75 per report for this service. Order your report via the online shop with the following article number: "FKGUTA001". Enter this number directly into the input field.
When entering the address data, you have a free field available. Comments ect. Let us know your very precise vehicle data such as vehicle manufacturer, vehicle model, vehicle type designation, year of construction, engine and information on what you need a TÜV certificate for. The fastest way to do this is to give us the article number of the corresponding product.

How can I become an FK dealer?

Use our dealer registration and send us your trade license (trade license, trade card, extract from the commercial register)! After a successful examination and admission as an FK specialist dealer, you will then receive a dealer login.
You then have the opportunity to purchase goods in our B2B shop and to be included in our dealer search engine.

I would like to run an FK internet shop, how does that work?

FK Automotive rents out a complete dealer shop where the data is updated daily. All you have to do is advertise this shop or, if you already run a shop, link it with a banner. You will receive the orders from this shop as well as the customer payments.
You then only have to confirm the orders with us and we will deliver directly to your customers across Europe. If the orders are forwarded by 11:59 a.m., we will dispatch the goods on your behalf by 5:00 p.m. You don't even have to maintain your own logistics. Of course, we can also deliver to you on request. What are CSV files and what can I do with them in my shop?

Most internet shop systems as well as merchandise management systems have interfaces that enable you to read in data and integrate it into your system. With a CSV link, we transfer the item number, the item description, the item price, the product image or the product images, the product category, a field for the vehicle manufacturer, a field for the vehicle type and other data. In particular, we transfer almost 10,000 article data that is in stock at FK with an inventory of almost 1,000,000 articles.
The data is updated fully automatically every day.
As a customer, you therefore have the option of automatically updating your shop with the latest available and supplemented article data. Talk to your shop manufacturer or your internet agency. Implementing a CSV link is easy and does not incur high costs. You then only have to order the products ordered by customers from the FK-B2B shop using your login and send them directly to your customers.
If you order before 11:59 a.m., we will dispatch the goods on your behalf by 5 p.m. You don't even have to maintain your own logistics. Of course, we can also deliver to you on request.

We also sell products and would like to sell them via the FK platform. How does it work?

Thousands of visitors visit the FK shops every day. The FK shops are currently available in over 10 languages in the respective countries. With the inclusion of the products in the FK system, you offer your products in well over 50 countries. The response is very good.
FK has high-tech logistics and dispatches worldwide from its location in Backnang / Germany every day. With FK you secure a successful sales concept with a strong partner. However, we need the data from you via an interface, in particular whether the articles are available from you or not.
In the FK shop system, only items that are immediately available are marked as available for order. The customer can register for items that cannot be delivered, where they will be automatically informed as soon as we receive the information from you when the item is available again.

The company FK pursues the strategy that 10,000 items are available and the customer orders are processed on the same day, like listing 100,000 products in the shop and only being able to deliver a fraction immediately. In addition, FK naturally expands the delivery program on a daily basis. For this reason alone, it is advisable to regularly look at the available products.
